So Full of Love
This week has been filled with pain, In so many different ways I am so accustom to the pain that I experienced.
But if has been filled with love too. I have had so many moments when people have share words that stood out.
People have emailed
I received many emails from people I haven't spoken to in years. They shared how they heard of my cancer and told me of how they remembered moments.
People have texted
Each day I seemed to receive multiple text messages from people who we told about the cancer and texted to tell me how they loved and were praying for us.
People have written
3 or 4 times this week I pulled letter / cards out of the mail with financial gifts to help us and out. They included such kind words.
People have called
Now I never answer and texted back because it was too painful to talk. And most of them text me back. It was so wonderful to talk to people that once had meant so much as we had served Jesus together.
You see the things that made this week so full of love didn't take long and weren't difficult. Can I encourage you to email or text someone a brief, 'Hey, I love you." It would mean the world to many. They don't even need to have cancer.
Write someone a letter. If your life is like mine it would shock you that you could still use a pen.
Take a moment to pass the love. This simply act of the week may add change someone's life.
